~Machine Mover~  

When machine is located for use, the machine sits on the Movers 1/16" steel plates which rest on the floor.  The wheels are not in contact with the floor in this position.  Consequently, the machines stability is not greatly compromised.

When the machine is being moved, it is supported on the 4 wheels.  The front of the machine is raised about 1 1/2" by using the Handle to raise the mover.

~STABILITY

When not being moved the machine rests directly on the Corner Plates of the Machinery Movers Base which rest on the floor.  This provides full machine stability.  Other movers support the machine on casters at all times which is less secure.  For uneven floors a corner leveler is supplied which ensures excellent stability.

~EASE OF MOVING

When moving the machine, it is supported on four 3" diameter wheels.  These large wheels reduce rolling friction and provide greater tolerance for floor irregularities.

~ NO WHEEL UNLOCKING

Removing the "Handle" lowers the mover to rest directly on the floor.  (There is no need to bend over to lock casters in place)..

~ EASE OF INSTALLATION

One man can easily install the Mover under most machines.  Other movers require lifting the machine and setting it inside the frame; a back breaking job for three people, except for the lightest machines.

~ ONE SIZE FITS MOST

Model MMK 1 Mover fits machines having bases from 13 to 28" long, which is approximately 80% of the machines sold.

~ BIG CAPACITY

800# is the rated capacity for easy moving.  However, the Mover is capable of greater loads.

~ ECONOMY

One "Handle" is all that is needed for a whole shop full of machines - a substantial savings when purchasing for several machines.
